There are two main reasons you may not be able to create an organization portfolio.
- You do not have a Pro Account
- You have a Pro Account that is limited. This means that either your payment has been declined, or another issue with your purchase of the plan happened. You can contact support if you wish to resolve this issue.
In general, you may also be limited while trying to create Portfolios (Solo or Multi-User) if you have exceeded your account limits.
If you still cannot create a Multi-User portfolio, while having an active Pro Plan, then please contact support.
